These items have more opportunity once unpackaged to be damaged, so, if the customer returns the lamp or panel and it comes back damage the customer must file a claim with the carrier they shipped it with. The 20-25 % restock fee is because we are a wholesale company and do NOT carry the mark-up to pay for return shipping and or repacking, once unpacked and returned MOST lamps and panels must be repacked and boxed from scratch. These items are sold for RESALE, if one is purchased for your own use and returned, the SAME policy applies. If a customer provides a claim of damage, and we issue a pickup and when the item is returned there is no dmage, the it is the customer who pays return shipping, any pick up fees and the 20% restock fee. We do NOT insure international lamps orders or orders to Alaska and Hawaii, due to increase damage opportunity If a lamp show damged to be determained that it was caused by the customer, it will NOT be covered. We cover 99.999% of all claims for the USA. Customer in SOME cases must pay return shipping, as per claims and paypal terms.

When an item is damaged, all we need is a picture of the damage WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECIEPT OF THE ORDER, emailed to us and we then will ask the customer to hang onto the item for a few days so we may pick it up if we wish, or so the shipper can come to inspect it if they wish, then, we will reship or refund. Our Choice. On items where the customer say, I don’t like the color, or its not the right size or what have you, They pay for return shipping (PayPal policy as well) and there is a 20% restock fee, that you forward to your customer. Most retail companies charge restock fees on many items now, and we are a wholesale dropship company, and on many of these items the item itself is damaged, and the box. That means even if the item is resalable, we have to pay for new packaging and repack to be able to resell. All lamps have a protective oil coating on them, this is for the glass cutters and is left on the lamps in a thin coat to protect the lamp during shipping.Damaged items

We insure orders for damages at NO cost to you. We do NOT insure international lamps orders NEVER file a claim with FEDEX, That is for US to do! proper claims process must be followed for our claims to be processed. Your customer or you, MUST take a digital photo of any and ALL damages within 10 days, AND a picture of the box.. This photo must then be forwarded to us so we can evaluate the damage and either refund or reship OUR CHOICE. Advise ALL customers to report any BOX damage when the item arrives to the carrier. The return policy MUST be adhered too.

Can they be returned? Yes, we insure EVERY SHIPMENT of our lamps for damage, the protocall for returns MUST BE FOLLOWED. A picture of the damage has to be taken by you or your customer, then, that pic is emailed to us, then we will send a pick-up and EITHER send a NEW item, OR refund, OUR CHOICE. This is VERY important. If a lamp or stained glass panel is returned for any other reason (did not like the color, did not like the size etc) then there is a 20% restock fee. Because in most cases when the item is returned we have to supply NEW PACKING AND NEW BOXES to resell. And, the more these items asre shipped, the more opportunity for damage. So INSURE ANY RETURN,, because we will NOT refund a damaged returns unless we have recieved pictures prior to the return & you have approval to return the item/items.

Damaged items

We insure ALL orders for damages at NO cost to you. HOWEVER, the proper claims process must be followed for our claims to be processed. Your customer or you, MUST take a digital photo of any and ALL damages within 10 days. This photo must then be forwarded to us so we can evaluate the damage and either refund or reship OUR CHOICE.
