Returns:

Can they be returned?  the protocall for returns MUST BE FOLLOWED. A picture of the damage has to be taken by you or your customer, then, that pic is emailed to us, then we will send a pick-up and EITHER send a NEW item, OR refund, OUR CHOICE. This is VERY important. If a lamp or stained glass panel is returned for any other reason (did not like the color, did not like the size etc) then there is a 20% restock fee. Because in most cases when the item is returned we have to supply NEW PACKING AND NEW BOXES to resell. And, the more these items asre shipped, the more opportunity for damage. So INSURE ANY RETURN,, because we will NOT refund a damaged returns unless we have recieved pictures prior to the return & you have approval to return the item/items. And the damage must be the same as we send these lamps for repairs in some cases. If a lamp show damged to be determained that it was caused by the customer, it will NOT be covered unless additional insurance was purchased. We cover 99.999% of all claims for the USA. Customer in SOME cases must pay return shipping, as per claims and paypal terms. must request for a return authorization number and we then provide our return address.

Return Items: Should you wish to return an item to our inventory, there will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping & handling will not be refunded. These items have more opportunity once unpackaged to be damaged, so, if the customer returns the lamp or panel and it comes back damage the customer must file a claim with the carrier they shipped it with. The 20-25 % restock fee is because we are a wholesale company and do NOT carry the mark-up to pay for return shipping and or repacking, once unpacked and returned MOST lamps and panels must be repacked and boxed from scratch. When an item is damaged, all we need is a picture of the damage WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECIEPT OF THE ORDER, emailed to us and we then will ask the customer to hang onto the item for a few days so we may pick it up if we wish, or so the shipper can come to inspect it if they wish, then, we will reship or refund. On items where the customer say, I don’t like the color, or its not the right size or what have you, They pay for return shipping (PayPal policy as well) and there is a 20% restock fee, that you forward to your customer. Most retail companies charge restock fees on many items now, and we are a wholesale dropship company, and on many of these items the item itself is damaged, and the box. That means even if the item is resalable, we have to pay for new packaging and repack to be able to resell. Computor errors

Errors in calculations by the computer for shipping and or adding prices is rare, however, if and when it occurs the customer agrees to pay any corrected fees. OUT OF STOCK AND PREORDERS

We do list items as pre orders and some items do fall out of stock from time to time, even though we try very hard to maintain correct inventory. ALL customers agree by site use that they can not and will not hold this site liable for any and all site errors on stock and understand is is thier sole responcability to keep up with inventory. If an item falls out of stock this website assumes that the order is placed and the customer will wait till it comes in or we can refund the order.
